What are my login credentials?

Your username is the email address where you received your access confirmation. If you haven't received this email, try using your organisation's email address. Your password was sent to you via an automated SMS.

I never received an SMS with a password.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, please log in and navigate to the "Profile" and "Change Password" section in the top-right of your screen.
